All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased from Our Good Times Co.

Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, we will remake the exact same product and send it to you at no additional cost.

Reporting Quality Issues If you believe your product has a quality issue or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos clearly showing the quality issue or defect, and a brief description of the problem.

Remake Process Once we review and confirm the quality issue, we will remake the exact same product and ship the replacement to you at no charge with tracking information.

Please note that remakes are only available for verified quality issues or defects. We cannot accommodate requests for different products, sizes, colors, or designs.
