About Our Magnets

What are your magnets made of?
We print your photos with an Epson 8550 on premium photo paper. Your photos are hand pressed and sealed with a protective mylar layer and sturdy backing to keep them protected and long-lasting.

With every magnet set, you’ll receive:

  • 1 premium velvet pouch

  • 1 complimentary organza gift bag

 Photo Upload & Customization

How does the photo upload work?
It’s easy! Upload your photos during checkout using our photo uploader. You’ll be able to crop them to fit our 2x2 magnet size.

Will my photo be cropped?
Yes — all photos are cropped to a 2x2 square. We recommend choosing photos where the main subject is centered and clearly visible.

Does photo quality matter?
Yes. Higher-resolution, well-lit photos tend to produce the best results and help make your magnets shine! We always print with care, but blurry or very dark images may appear less sharp or dim once printed. 

 Photo Color & Print Expectations

Will my magnet look exactly like my photo on my screen?
We truly do our best to bring your photos to life by using premium materials. Every photo is unique, and some natural differences can happen when photos move from screen to paper to magnet.

Screens are bright and backlit, while printed photos are physical. Things like lighting, color tones, and editing style (especially with professional photography) can affect how vibrant a photo appears once printed. Some photos print bold, colorful, and bright, while others the colors may appear a bit softer — both are completely normal.

Some of our personal favorites are actually old family photos from the 70s, 80s, and 90s — scanned, printed, and magnetized. We looove a vintage throwback. Don’t be afraid to pull out the oldies but goodies (sometimes the good times outweigh perfection).

We print using consistent settings, and once your photos are uploaded and received, we don’t make additional edits before printing.

 Product Care & Use

Are the magnets strong?
Yes! Our magnets are designed to hold securely on fridges, lockers, and magnetic boards while remaining lightweight and gift-friendly.

Are these magnets waterproof or for outdoor use?
Our magnets are best enjoyed indoors. 

*Fridge magnets may get fingerprints over time from all the attention they get; a soft cloth and gentle wipe should take care of those! 

 Shipping & Local Pickup

How long does processing take?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before it ships.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within a few business days after shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! FREE Local pickup is available for customers near Woodbury, MN and can be selected during checkout.

What are your local pickup hours?

Our standard local pickup hours are Monday-Thursday from 12pm to 7 PM.

When your order is ready, we’ll ask you to confirm your pickup day and one of the following windows:
• 12–3 PM   or    3–7 PM

If you need a pickup outside of these hours, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate when availability allows.

End of day/ Next day local orders may be available for pickup. Please email us for availability before making your purchase for rush orders.

Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We accept bulk orders of 50 magnets or more.

Bulk orders are perfect for:

 Customer Care & Issues

What if there’s an issue with my order?
Oh noo! We want you to love your magnets. If your order arrives damaged or has a clear defect (such as smeared ink or a manufacturing issue), please email us with an attached photo, and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement.

Because our magnets are custom-made using your uploaded photos, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. But of course if something doesn’t look right due to a production issue, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
